Xianning Haiwei Composite Material Products Co., Ltd. is a major provider of composite material products and technology in the field of domestic ships and marine engineering. It is a hidden champion technology giant and a specialized and innovative small giant enterprise in Hubei Province. Mainly engaged in the research and development, production, maintenance, and service of resin based composite material products, our product line covers composite material products such as high-strength, sound transmission, and wave transmission for marine engineering and ships, while also taking into account leading industries such as automotive, aerospace, and high-end industry. We have obtained the 1ATF16949 automotive quality system qualification.

The company has collaborated with the Naval Engineering University to establish the "Collaborative Innovation Center for Shipbuilding Composite Materials and Structures", which is the industry university research base of the Naval Engineering University′s School of Shipbuilding and Oceanography, Wuhan University of Technology′s School of Materials, Wuhan Textile University′s School of Materials, and Hubei University of Science and Technology. We have established a provincial-level school enterprise research platform with the Hubei Province High Performance Fiber Reinforced Composite Materials Enterprise School Joint Innovation Center, and have also established an "Academician Expert Workstation". We are the chairman unit of the Hubei Province Composite Materials Industry Alliance.

The company has 55 authorized intellectual property rights and is one of the drafting units for the national military standards of "Composite Protective Armor Specification for Surface Ships" and "Sonar Flow Cap Specification for Ships". In terms of structural design, possess the ability to perform full process structural design and simulation calculations; In terms of materials, a composite material database has been established, and multiple stealth, bulletproof, transparent, and high-strength composite material formulation systems and pre diffuse materials have been developed for applications in fields such as ships, aerospace, and automobiles; In terms of manufacturing technology, large-sized structures mainly rely on vacuum introduction/pre impregnated material vacuum hot pressing/hand layup forming, small-sized high-precision structures mainly rely on machine pressing/RTM technology, and special structures mainly rely on a complete composite material manufacturing process system of hot pressing laying/winding/resin infiltration.
